Sometimes time doesn’t allow us to make it to the gym, but that doesn’t mean we have to skip training. It may seem strange to think you can do self-defense on your own … but in fact there are loads of things you can do at home.

Today I’m proposing a 1-on-1 workout with your phone or computer, working through 3 “follow along” YouTube videos. No need to reinvent the wheel, so let’s use existing resources!

The whole thing will take about 50 minutes, you only need 1.5 m² of space and your chosen device. Don’t forget a towel and a bottle of water if you plan to push hard!

A few tips if you want an extra challenge:
- you get better by repeating more! You can go through the boxing series twice if you have time
- already experienced? Set the video playback speed to 1.5x or more and try to keep up. Since you’re shortening the time per run you can do it twice consecutively ;)
- want even more? Start a timer and every 60 or 90 seconds do 2-3 burpees. This “easy” workout starts to get pretty serious, doesn’t it?
