Private Sessions / Small Groups
Private sessions are ideal if you have a busy schedule that doesn’t allow you to attend group classes, or if you want to progress rapidly in your self-defense technique.
1-on-1 or small-group training involves the instructor’s dedicated attention — immediate observation and correction of all inaccuracies and much faster progress. Sessions are built around your needs and goals, whether that means:
- pure self-defense
- general fitness
- refining techniques for a grading exam
Sessions can take place at the gym or at your home / your own location, and the intensity and pace will be adapted to your technical and physical fitness level.
