Civilian Instructors Course - Serbia and Montenegro
The Civilian Instructor Course (abbreviated “CIC”) is a course designed for those who wish to become licensed civilian instructors in Krav Maga through IKMF. In this context, IKMF Serbia in collaboration with IKMF Bosnia and Herzegovina will organise a civilian instructors course. For those who wish to become instructors and teach at a club, the CIC is the only course through which they can obtain IKMF accreditation for this purpose. The CIC is a basic instructor course — the first and most important course for those interested in teaching Krav Maga. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rr6Vs2MnWBE According to IKMF regulations, the CIC lasts 20 days (180 hours of training), during which the following is studied and deepened:
- Krav Maga techniques from P1 to G1 or G2
- Various combat skills
- Krav Maga principles
- IKMF’s unique Krav Maga teaching methodology according to IKMF standards
- Instruction methods
- Club management, promotion, and marketing basics
During the course, participants will receive instructor manuals and other visual and audio materials. Requirements for participation in the course:
- Minimum Krav Maga level - P3 or diplomas from other martial arts
- Recommendation from the Instructor with approval of the local IKMF director
- Medical certificate confirming fitness for high-intensity physical activity
- Criminal record demonstrating no ongoing investigations, criminal proceedings, or convictions
- Health insurance
- Before the start of the course, participants will sign a document certifying that they participate voluntarily and are aware of all risks and dangers involved in the course.
The course will be held according to the following schedule: Bosnia and Herzegovina - Sarajevo - CIC1 Duration: 10 days Start: 20.02.2015 Serbia - Vrnjačka Spa - CIC2 Duration: 10 days Start: 24.04.2015
