Bar Fight Seminar in Berlin

IKMF Germany is organising a unique seminar on 7 December in Berlin that offers special training in a realistic environment: a nightclub / bar fight seminar with Tamir Gilad, member of the Global Instructors Team, Expert Level 5. The seminar will last approximately 3 hours. The seminar takes place in a real club in Berlin and will include appropriate music and lighting :) The exact venue will be announced before the seminar. Requirements: minimum age 18 years, good medical fitness for sport and stress tolerance. Required clothing and equipment:

• Regular training clothes
• Groin protection (if available)
• Mouthguard (if available)
• Optional additional protective clothing
